Delete your Cluup account

You can request permanent account deletion within the Cluup app.

Delete in the app

Sign in to Cluup, open Settings, then choose Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. Account deletion is intended to remove your active account and associated personal data, subject to limited legal, safety and backup retention described in our Privacy Policy.

Need help?

If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] from your account email and request account deletion. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

Other people's copies

Content already retained independently by other people outside Cluup cannot necessarily be removed by us.
